Founded in 1985, Costanoan Indian Research (CIR) is headquartered in Indian Canyon Nation (ICN), Hollister, CA, a sacred Ohlone land inhabited since time immemorial and the only federally recognized Indian land between Sonoma and Santa Barbara.
