Muralists Elisa Torres and Lisa Kelly spearheaded the creation of thirteen murals throughout their collaboration, engaging community members in the design and painting processes to foster a sense of pride and ownership. Positioned at a prominent entrance to Nyeland Acres, the murals have had a profound positive impact on the community, particularly among young people, transforming a once dull wall into a vibrant expression of happiness and local identity.
